Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-08-24. These Terms explain the rules for using Pocket-CFO in the United States.
Using Pocket-CFO
Pocket-CFO provides software that connects to business accounting systems, including QuickBooks and Xero, and presents dashboards, KPI summaries, mapping workflows, scenario notes, and related operating-finance information. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes, for the company or organization you are authorized to represent, and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, controlling who may access your workspace, and confirming that any accounting connection is authorized by the applicable business.
Product limits
Pocket-CFO is not a bank, broker, investment adviser, accounting firm, tax preparer, law firm, insurance producer, actuary, fiduciary, or credit provider. The service does not provide financial, tax, legal, actuarial, insurance, accounting, investment, or fiduciary advice. Any dashboard, report, briefing, model, alert, scenario, recommendation, or other output is informational only and depends on source data, mapping choices, sync timing, and assumptions supplied by you. You must review material decisions with qualified professionals before relying on them.
Data and availability
You give Pocket-CFO permission to process the data needed to operate the service, including authentication data, company profile information, accounting connection metadata, accounting records, mapping decisions, usage data, and support communications. Accounting tokens are handled server-side and should not be shared outside the authorized connection flow. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, complete provider syncs, or suitability for any particular transaction, filing, loan, investment, insurance, or tax position.
Responsibilities and changes
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, upload unlawful data, reverse engineer restricted areas, or use outputs to mislead investors, lenders, employees, customers, insurers, tax authorities, or regulators. We may suspend access for security, abuse, nonpayment, legal risk, or violation of these Terms. We may update the service and these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms. To stop using Pocket-CFO, disconnect providers and request deletion under the Data Deletion Policy.
