California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Last updated 2026-06-14. This supplement describes the privacy rights of California residents under CCPA and CPRA.
Notice at collection
Pocket-CFO collects the following categories of personal information: identifiers such as name and email address; commercial information including subscription and billing records; internet or other electronic network activity such as usage events and session data; professional or employment-related information you provide about your business; and inferences drawn from the above to understand feature usage. We collect this information to operate the service, process payments, provide customer support, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
California consumer rights
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and retain. You have the right to request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to exceptions. You have the right to correct inaccurate personal information. You have the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell or share but will honor opt-out requests. You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to necessary service purposes. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
How to exercise rights
Submit a rights request by emailing privacy@rippre.com or by following the process described in our Data Deletion Policy. We verify identity by confirming authentication of the account email address or, for company workspace requests, by obtaining confirmation from a company administrator. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf by providing written permission and their own identity verification. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by California law.
Retention and minors
We retain personal information for the periods described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law for billing, security, and dispute purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from California residents under the age of 16 and do not allow minors under 16 to opt in to any sale or sharing of their information. If you believe a minor under 16 has provided personal information, contact privacy@rippre.com. California residents may also submit complaints to the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General.
