Refund Policy
This document is provided as-is and is not legal advice. Consult counsel before relying on it.
Last updated 2026-10-14. How refunds work for Pocket-CFO and Pocket-Advisor subscriptions bought on the web, the App Store, and Google Play.
30-day money-back guarantee
If Pocket-CFO is not right for you, you can get a full refund of the first payment of a new Pocket-CFO or Pocket-Advisor subscription bought on the Pocket-CFO website. Ask within 30 days of that payment. You do not need to give a reason. The guarantee covers the first payment of your organization's first paid subscription to each plan.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly. Renewal payments after the first are not refunded, and partial months are not pro-rated. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page or the Paddle customer portal; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a renewal that went through after you cancelled, contact us and we will refund it.
How to request a refund for a web purchase
Web purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for all web orders. To request a refund, email billing@rippre.com from your account email and include your workspace name, or request it through the Paddle customer portal at paddle.net. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle issues approved refunds within 14 days, and your bank may take a further 3 to 5 business days to show the credit. When a payment is refunded, the subscription it paid for ends and paid features stop.
App Store and Google Play purchases
Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are billed by Apple, and Apple decides refund requests; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Pocket-CFO cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. Subscriptions bought in the Android app are billed by Google: within 48 hours of purchase, request a refund in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions, then Budget and order history. After 48 hours, email billing@rippre.com and we will review the request. Cancelling in the app store stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom may have. Where the law gives you more than this policy, the law applies.
