End User License Agreement

Last updated 2026-06-14. This agreement governs the limited license to use the Pocket-CFO mobile and web application.
Scope of license
Pocket-CFO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for authorized business purposes. The mobile app license also incorporates the requirements of Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: you may not rent, lease, lend, redistribute, or sublicense the app; the license is tied to your Apple ID; and Family Sharing is permitted where supported. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of the application or its underlying intellectual property to you.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the application or your access to it. You may not remove or obscure proprietary notices. You may not use the application, its outputs, or its underlying logic to design, build, or operate a competing product or service.
Updates and maintenance
Pocket-CFO is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the application. Apple Inc. has no obligation to furnish any maintenance, support, warranty, or product-liability services with respect to the iOS app. Any third-party claims arising from your use of the application, including intellectual property infringement claims, are the responsibility of Pocket-CFO and not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically and without notice if you violate any term of these Terms of Service, close your Pocket-CFO account, or uninstall the application from all of your devices. On termination you must cease all use of the application. Data deletion on account closure follows the Data Deletion Policy. Pocket-CFO reserves the right to modify or discontinue the application at any time with reasonable notice.
