Pocket-CFO is a business finance operating product designed for company operators, finance leads, and authorized business users. It is not directed to children under the age of 13 in the United States. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal information from any child under 13. If you are under 13, you may not create an account or use the service.
If Pocket-CFO learns that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take prompt steps to delete that information from our systems. Parents or guardians who believe their child may have provided personal information to Pocket-CFO should contact us immediately at privacy@rippre.com so we can investigate and remove the data.
The Pocket-CFO iOS application is rated for users aged 17 and older on the Apple App Store and is intended exclusively for business use. This rating reflects the professional and financial nature of the product. The application is not designed, marketed, or suitable for use by minors, and no features are directed at audiences below the applicable age threshold.
In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, users under the age of 16 require verifiable parental or guardian consent before their personal information may be processed under GDPR. We apply the same removal commitment to any personal information collected from international minors below the applicable age threshold in their jurisdiction.
